When should I make my spa reservations?
We recommend that you make an appointment ahead of time, especially for weekend services, as we tend to book up very quickly. For popular services, guests may need to book a full month in advance and some service options are not available on a daily basis. For appointments lasting longer than an hour, couples’ massages, group appointments, and dual services, we require a valid credit card to hold the appointment when booking
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations not provided within at least 24 hours notice will result in your credit card being charged the full service amount. Please note that cancellations cannot be made via our voicemail system; you must call during office hours and speak directly to one of our front desk team members Monday through Saturday 10am – 8pm, and Sunday 10am – 7pm.
Note: Spa Days require 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling notice, and Group Appointments/Parties (3 or more people) require at least 72 hours notice. We appreciate your understanding.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
To maximize your time spent being pampered, we ask that you arrive before your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment(s). First time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment to fill out a treatment form. We regret that late arrivals will result in reduced service time, though the full service price will be charged for these services.
Can I make personal requests?
For a successfully relaxing and pampering experience, clients should understand that they have the right and responsibility of open communication with their esthetician or massage therapist. If you have any particular expectations, preferences, and/or concerns, please feel free to discuss these matters before your treatment begins. You can even make requests for additional blankets.
This is especially important during your massage; if you do not wish for your feet or face to be touched, require a lighter or more firm touch, or feel any amount of discomfort, let your therapist know.
What should I wear? Do I have to get naked?
You may arrive in whatever you feel most comfortable in.
You do disrobe for your massage services; although to ensure the comfort of our guests, you may elect to receive your treatment while wearing your undergarments (or even a bathing suit).
After being directed to your room, your therapist will leave the room to allow you to disrobe and lay under a sheet on the massage table. During the treatment, our massage therapist are expertly trained in draping techniques to provide you with optimal privacy and comfort. Upon completion of the treatment, your therapist will again step out of the room to allow you to redress.
It is recommended that you shower before receiving your message to ensure optimal results, especially if aromatherapy or oils are used.
What if I have a disability or allergies?
If you have any health concerns that may potentially cause you harm or discomfort during any of our services, please inform our staff prior to treatment. This includes (but is not limited to): diabetes, varicose veins, recent surgery, heart conditions, allergies, high/low blood pressure, or pregnancy. We will tailor our services around your condition to ensure that you receive a relaxing and enjoyable visit.
Can I elect spa services if I am pregnant?
Before visiting our spa, you should consult with your physician about which treatments are safe, especially at different points during your pregnancy. We recommend avoiding any spa service that requires deep pressure or heat therapy. We do offer a specialized Prenatal Massage for mother-to-be’s in their second and third trimester.
Should men shave before a facial?
We do recommend that men shave prior to their facial, however, you should shave at least two hours prior to arriving in order to prevent any skin irritation.
Should women shave before a bikini wax?
We do recommend trimming the hair that is to be waxed to ¼” in order provide optimal results while reducing discomfort.
What are the rules of etiquette?
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation while in the spa. All cell phones and electronic devices should be silenced or turned off upon check in. We also ask guest to check in early and be aware that your services will end on time, regardless of your arrival time, in order to ensure that our next guest may begin on time.
Is gratuity included in the service charge?
Spa prices do not include gratuity, although you may thank our staff for providing exemplary service by adding gratuity to your bill. Our therapists rely on the generosity of our clients and this is how we are able to keep our services so low and keep quality therapists.
Can I purchase the products that are used in my treatments?
Yes! We keep several of the professional spa products we use during treatments in stock. Check with your treatment provider or take a look at our products online for all of our available options.
Should I shave my legs before getting a massage?
We do recommend shaving prior to your massage at least four hours prior to your scheduled appointment to prevent any skin irritation.
Can children or teens receive spa treatments?
